Shopping

Shopping with us is easy and fun! Just head over to YourPersonalisedGifts.com to browse our fantastic selection of products. When you find something you love, simply place your order, and we'll take care of the rest. However, there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • To register and shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old.

  • We may refuse an order if there are issues with payment, pricing, product descriptions, or if the item is out of stock.

  • Please note that we cannot sell alcohol to anyone under 18 years old. By ordering alcohol products from us, you confirm that both you and the recipient are of legal drinking age.

If we need to refuse an order, don't worry! We'll promptly refund your payment.

Bespoke Orders

Have something special in mind? We love creating bespoke orders tailored just for you! If you choose to place a bespoke order with us, please be aware that we may showcase images of your finished item(s) on our website and for advertising purposes. However, if you'd prefer us not to, just let us know, and we'll respect your wishes.

Payment

To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please complete your payment before we deliver your order. You can pay securely using credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Rest assured, we use the latest security measures to protect your information when you shop with us.

Availability

While we strive to keep our website up to date, sometimes items may go out of stock. If that happens, we'll do our best to deliver your order within 30 days. If we can't fulfill your order within this time frame, you can request a cancellation, and we'll refund you in full.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, please note that this doesn't apply to perishable or Personalised items. Once a Personalised product is in production, we can't cancel or refund it unless there's a mistake on our end.

Refund

We understand that each personalised item is unique and crafted especially for you. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on personalized products. However, if your order arrives faulty, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will promptly process your case to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Delivery

We deliver to the UK, certain parts of Europe, and the United States. We aim to dispatch your order promptly, but please understand that delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods or if an item is out of stock. Rest assured, we'll do our best to get your goodies to you as soon as possible!

Please keep in mind that our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
